Day 5. TREK DAY 1. Khuruthang to Limukha. The trek begins with a gradual climb through Chir Pine forests. Visit Dompa La village en route.
Day 6. TREK DAY 2. Limukha to Chungsakha. Today’s trail will take you through rhododendron and oak forests, and past a famous temple called Drukpa Kuenlay's Lhakhang. (14 km, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 7. TREK DAY 3. Chungsakha to Samtengang. The trail now leads through the village of Sha. Camp by the lake at Samtengang. (13 km, about 5 hours)
Day 8. TREK DAY 4. Samtengang to Wangdiphodrang. The trail descends to the road head. Lunch in Wangdi. Drive to Thimphu.
